Who we are

Tristate Property Management LLC operates this website. If you have a question about anything on this page, email service@tristatepropertymanagement.com or call (708) 905-4471.

What we collect

Only two things, and both are things you choose to give us:

• What you type into a form. Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the job - plus the company, address, service, urgency and building type fields where the form asks for them.
• How you found us. If you arrived from an ad or a campaign link, the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values in that link, and the page that referred you. This tells us which marketing is worth paying for.

What we do not collect

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising tracker. We do not sell, rent or share your details with data brokers, lead resellers or anyone else.

Third parties that see your data

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check (Turnstile) on our forms. As with any website, its servers process your IP address to deliver the page and to tell a person apart from a bot. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Resend delivers the email that tells our team you got in touch. Your submission is included in that email so we can reply to it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the work or for our records, and we delete them on request. If we never do business together, tell us and we will remove your details.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@tristatepropertymanagement.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honour those requests regardless of whether the law technically applies to a business our size.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We will not apply a materially different policy to information you already gave us without telling you first.
