One team for the whole building

We started with two vans and a cleaning contract. Everything since has been added because a customer asked for it - and because we would rather learn a trade than hand the job to someone else.

Our story

Built one trade at a time, because customers kept asking

Cleaning came first. Then a client asked whether we could also fix the leaking urinal, so we hired a plumber. Then the lighting, the HVAC, the parking lot, the paint. Every service on our list started as a customer's question.

Doing it that way takes longer than buying in help, but it means the person who answers your call is on the same team as the person who turns up. Nothing gets lost in translation, and nobody can point at somebody else when it goes wrong twice.

Today we cover 120+ services for buildings across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, Missouri and Arkansas - all of it with technicians on our own payroll, in our own vans. One team, one schedule, one name to hold responsible.

What you can hold us to

Six commitments, in writing

These are on every work order we issue. If we miss one, tell us and we will make it right.

01

Flat price before we start

You approve a written number first. If we find something underneath that changes the scope, we stop and call you - we do not surprise you on the invoice.

02

Our people, our payroll

Every technician on your site is employed by us, badged, drug-screened and background-checked. The same faces every visit, not whoever was available that morning.

03

Same crew, every visit

Contract sites get an assigned crew. After a month they know your building better than a rotating dispatch ever could - and that shows up in the response time.

04

No job turned away for size

A single dripping tap and a full tenant build-out get the same paperwork and the same seriousness. Small jobs are how you find out whether a contractor is worth keeping.

05

Photo proof on every ticket

Before and after images attached to the work order, so you can close it out from your phone without walking the building.

06

Answered by a human

Day or night, an emergency call reaches a person who can dispatch - not a queue, a portal or a voicemail box you will hear back from on Monday.

How a job runs

From your call to a closed work order

Four steps, and you can see where your job sits at any point.

STEP 01

Tell us what broke

Call, text a photo, or fill in the form. We ask what it is, where it is, and how urgent - that is all we need to price most jobs.

STEP 02

Written quote same day

Flat price in writing before anyone touches anything. Emergency calls skip this and get dispatched straight away.

STEP 03

Our crew does the work

Licensed technicians in our own vans, badged and background-checked. You get a name and a phone number, not a dispatch queue.

STEP 04

Photos, sign-off, one invoice

Before-and-after photos on the work order, your sign-off, then a single itemised invoice. Net 30 available for contract accounts.

Faces, not a dispatch queue

Everyone below is on our payroll - badged, background-checked and assigned to a route rather than rotated randomly.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked first

Do you really take small jobs?
Yes. A single tap washer, one ceiling tile, one dead outlet - we will schedule it. There is a minimum service call charge that covers the visit, and if you have a list of small items we will do them all in the same trip so you are not paying that charge repeatedly.
What does a quote cost?
Nothing. Quotes are free, in writing, and valid for 30 days. For anything that needs a site visit to price properly, the visit is free too as long as you are inside our coverage area.
How fast can you get here?
Emergencies - active leaks, no power, no heat or cooling, broken glass, blocked fire exits - are dispatched immediately, and our average on-site time is around four hours. Standard service calls are usually scheduled within one to two business days.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation and commercial vehicle cover, and we hold the trade licences required for the plumbing, electrical and HVAC work we perform. A certificate of insurance naming you as additional insured is available on request before we start.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Most clients start with a single job. Recurring services like janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance work better under an agreement because it lets us assign a fixed crew and hold your pricing - but that is your choice, not a condition of working with us.
Can you take over from our current vendor?
Regularly. We will walk the building, document its current condition, and build a transition schedule that overlaps with your existing notice period so there is no gap in service. Most changeovers are complete within two to three weeks.
How does billing work?
One itemised invoice per work order, or a single consolidated monthly invoice if you have several sites. Card, ACH and check accepted. Net 30 terms are available for contract accounts after a short approval.
What if the work is not right?
Tell us within 30 days and we come back at no charge. On the rare occasion we cannot resolve it, we credit the labour. That is easier to promise when the person who did the work still answers your call.

Try us on something small

Give us the job nobody else wants to send a van for. It is the fastest way to find out whether we are worth the bigger one.
