Join our vendor network

We self-perform most maintenance, but there are trades we buy in and buildings where we need extra hands at short notice. If you are licensed, insured and answer the phone, we want you on the list before we need you.

Before you apply

What we ask of every vendor

Nothing unusual, but we check all of it before the first work order. Applying takes a minute; onboarding takes a certificate of insurance and a signed rate sheet.

Licence and insurance

A current licence in your state for trades that require one, general liability and workers' compensation. We collect certificates before you are dispatched.

  • State licence where applicable
  • General liability
  • Workers' compensation

Response you can hold to

Most of our work is in occupied buildings, so the schedule matters more than the rate. Tell us honestly what turnaround you can commit to.

  • A phone answered by a person
  • Realistic arrival windows
  • Notice when you will be late

Written pricing

Flat or hourly, both are fine, but it has to be in writing before the work starts. We pass those numbers to owners, so surprises land on us.

  • A published rate sheet
  • Written change orders
  • Invoices with the work described

From the crews on our work orders

Hear from our partners

These contractors work through Divisions and DMG, our sister companies, and a few of them name that platform by name. Same ownership, same dispatch desk, same people paying the invoices - which is why they are here rather than on a page written for building owners.
